Tamiya has been producing plastic model car kits for over seven decades, and in this time has captured the hearts of many hobbyists around the world.
We wanted to create a Peaches collectible item for people to be able to create for themselves. Kids in the US grow up racing and playing with Hot Wheels.
In Asia, kids do the same but with Tamiya. By bringing the Peaches Tamiya to life, we wanted to remind the adult car lovers out there where their love for car tuning all began.
The Peaches Tamiya Prototype: KENTA is the first of its kind. Hand painted with attention to details such as the miniature gold Peaches decal. The custom packaging was also designed with much attention to detail by the Peaches art team.
With its slick black and gold features, the KENTA box is also meant to be kept and displayed with the car figure as a decorative piece.
