When will I receive my order
After placing an order, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to process and ship out. Due to the high volume of traffic, our team is working hard to ensure fast, efficient shipping is met with every customer.
What shipping carrier options do you offer?
We primarily use USPS Priority shipping for all domestic and international Peaches.
For Asia customers, orders will be processing out of our South Korea facility utilizing a domestic shipping carrier. Standard rates will apply.
How much is shipping?
For anyone within the US, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.
International shipping is a flat shipping rate of $30.
Can I be eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping policies will be adjusted according to drop, but eligibility is anywhere between a minimum purchase of $100 - $200.
Priority shipping will still apply.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not accept refunds once an order is confirmed.
What can you do about any defects on products?
Within 24 hours of receiving the package, please email us with your order number, photo, and description of the defect. Once confirmed, we will give you instructions on exchanging your Peaches.
